Customized trash can orders from Cambodian customers
In May 2024, our Cambodian client sent an order requesting us to customize a 3-class garbage bin specifically for use in supermarkets. However, the client only provided photos (as shown in the figure below) and no other data, and the quantity was very small. In the early stage, only 2 confirmed quality bins needed to be customized. Normally, there are no factories willing to accept orders in this situation because the first quantity is too small, which will lead to increased costs. Secondly, without detailed drawings and parameters, the production difficulty increases. Thirdly, without samples, there is a high risk of production errors.

Customization requirements:
1. Size: 150 * 40 * 90CM
2. Material: Galvanized sheet metal
3. Thickness: The top and bottom of the galvanized plate are 1.0mm thick, the edge is 2.5mm thick, the panel is 0.7mm thick, and the acrylic material advertising board is 3mm thick
4. Screen printing: Screen printing classification marks and identification (as shown in the figure)
5. Color: Gray (as shown in the picture)
