To enhance team cohesion and improve collaboration and communication among colleagues, from August 22nd to 23rd, 2025, all staff of Guangzhou Kanghome Company embarked on a two-day, one-night themed team-building trip to Yunfu Tianlu Mountain, known as the "Fairyland of Southern Guangdong." Centered around "Unity and Cohesion, Tempering the Team," the activity perfectly integrated nature exploration, cultural experiences, and team interaction, allowing everyone to relax amidst green hills and clear waters while deepening friendships through collaborative challenges, achieving complete success.
I. Review of the Highlights: A Team Symphony Amidst Mountains and Waters
On the first day, under bright sunshine and a gentle breeze, the team arrived at the Tianlu Mountain scenic area full of anticipation. In the Terraced Flower Valley, everyone strolled through the colorful sea of flowers. The fragrance filled the air, and the swaying blossoms complemented the colleagues' bright smiles, instantly igniting a joyful atmosphere. The subsequent visit to Meixi Ancient Town, with its small bridges, flowing water, and ancient-style architecture, felt like a step back in time, fostering communication in a leisurely manner.
The afternoon challenge segment pushed the activity to its climax. On the Wuyou Valley Plank Path, the team trekked together along the ancient post
road, surrounded by birdsong, the scent of flowers, and lush greenery. The sight of everyone encouraging and supporting each other became the most beautiful scenery in the mountains. The following experience projects were even more exciting:
Item 1、Canyon Rafting: Teaming up to "tackle the rapids," where splashing waters danced with shared laughter.
Item 2、Mountain Circling Small Train: Weaving through forest trails and seas of blossoms, sharing serene moments from breathtaking mountain vistas.

II. Team Spirit and Touching Moments: Team Warmth Illuminated by Bonfire
That evening, the novel Wa ethnic bonfire party became a melting pot for team cohesion. Around the roaring bonfire, everyone joined hands, dancing enthusiastically with the Wa performers, breaking down departmental barriers and closing the distances between each other. Laughter and joy echoed through the valley. Many colleagues remarked, "It felt like returning to the purest happy times, and our hearts felt closer to our colleagues."
The next day, the team first visited Guo'en Temple. Within this millennia-old ancient temple with enduring incense fires, they traced the footsteps of the Sixth Patriarch of Zen, Huineng, settling their thoughts in the peaceful and serene atmosphere of morning bells, evening drums, and towering ancient trees, feeling the profound depth of Zen culture. Afterwards, everyone moved to the Chanyu Town, where, amidst the elegant landscape of the Lingnan water town, they experienced intangible cultural heritage handicrafts and Hanfu culture, further appreciating the extensiveness and profundity of traditional Chinese culture and the Zen in daily life.
III. Significance and Outcomes: From Leisure Experience to Spiritual Sublimation
This team-building event was not just a physical journey but also a baptism for the team and a recharge for the spirit. From cooperative photo-taking in the flower valley, to walking hand-in-hand on the plank path, to the tacit cooperation during the rafting, every segment subtly enhanced the team's sense of trust and spirit of collaboration. The contrast between the fervor of the bonfire party and the tranquility of Chanyu Town allowed team members to release work pressure while also gaining inner peace and strength.
